BB TraderX Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BB TraderX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Because Bitcoin corporation ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of BB TraderX. BB TraderX provides AI-powered trading tools, signal bots, strategy following functionality, and exchange integrations for cryptocurrency trading.

2. Description of Services

BB TraderX offers the following services:

• AI Chatbot: An AI-powered assistant to help with trading decisions and platform navigation.
• Signal Bots: Automated trading bots that execute trades based on technical signals and user-defined parameters.
• Follow Strategies: The ability to automatically follow strategies from other traders on the platform.
• Exchange Integration: Connection to cryptocurrency exchanges, including HyperLiquid, for executing trades.
• Publisher Program: Allows traders to publish their strategies and earn commissions from followers.

3. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Past performance of any trading strategy, signal bot, or trader does not guarantee future results.
• Automated trading systems, including signal bots and followed strategies, can result in significant losses.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
• BB TraderX does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
• You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of BB TraderX, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Not attempt to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading before using the Platform.

5. Follow Strategies Terms

When using the follow strategies feature:

• You authorize BB TraderX to execute trades on your behalf based on the signals from traders you follow.
• Builder fees may apply to follow strategies as configured by the signal provider.
• You can stop following a trader at any time, but existing positions may need to be closed manually.
• There may be delays between the original trade and the followed trade, which can affect execution prices.
• Position sizes and leverage settings are your responsibility to configure appropriately.

6. Publisher Terms

If you publish trading signals or bots:

• You must provide accurate descriptions of your trading strategy.
• You may earn commissions from followers based on the configured commission rate.
• BB TraderX reserves the right to remove or suspend published bots that violate these terms.
• You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from commission earnings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Because Bitcoin corporation and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses incurred through use of the Platform.
• Technical failures, delays, or interruptions in service.
• Actions taken by third-party exchanges or services.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BB TraderX, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Because Bitcoin corporation and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Account Termination

Because Bitcoin corporation reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must close any open positions and withdraw your funds from connected exchanges.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of BB TraderX after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
